Client Review on Sid Sells Signs Inc.

Feedback:

Order two boards of different sizes. After a week, the boards came in and were completed incorrectly. They got the two board sizes mixed up. All I got was "oh well that's regrettable". Had to wait another week for them to re-print and fix their mistake. When I picked up the boards for the second time, there was no apology, no ownership of the mistake, no discount offered. Very poor service to go along with poor initial execution. Two boards, clearly marked how I wanted them, and still couldn't handle them.
