Even though we had a glitch with getting our security system ordered and installed, everyone we dealt with was very nice. Finally got things done. They made everything right.

Way too expensive for the internet and you have to combine phone service with them to have it, which just brings the price to $100 a month.. This gets you slow internet service, but they know they have you because there really are not choices up here.

These people!!!! I went in to let them know I was moving. Then I mentioned I owned my own business and it went to hell in a handbasket. The lady insisted that I was now a business customer instead of on the Care program which I had been ever since starting services. Now my $60 monthly reasonable bill is a $150 unreasonable bill. I've already had to.have it shut off for months as I obviously can't afford it since I qualify for the Care program. These people don't give a F about it though. No worries. I'll get satellite internet.

This is the worst internet company I have ever had to deal with. I am actually considering moving out of the area because of how expensive it is. I was able to get about 300Mbs down for $99.00 with the last two companies I used, $99.00 only gets me 25Mbs with Sierra. And thats when im not being throttled to 5Mbs while trying to download something. Their tech "service" is unreliable. They have no idea what they are talking about. They wont let me use my own router, so I have to pay extra for renting something I dont want. Plus they have their router IP locked to their own login. I cant even access the router information. The main office is only open on week days, so good luck complaining to their face if you work during the week.This company is a perfect example why monopolies are a dangerous thing.
