Horrible experience. I emailed Sign Center with some concerns on the final product; there were several issues such as uneven cut marks and large air bubbles throughout the sign. The owner's daughter, Becky, called me and literally yelled at me. And I mean literally in the literal sense -- it was full on out-of-the-blue screaming over the telephone. I own a business in a service industry where I deal with hundreds of people one-on-one in our community every day and this call took my breath away. When I asked if this was what their business called "customer service" I was told "they did not need a management lesson". What's weird is that I never implied I would not pay for the services we received, I just wanted the issues with the sign fixed or repaired somehow -- but I was threatened with legal action. Over a $250 job. For pointing out flaws in the workmanship. Okay. Sometimes a few hundred bucks is a small price to pay to know who to avoid. There are some holes in the ground you don't stick your hand down, and this is one of them. My business is expanding and I planned on giving them over $30K in near-future orders, but I guess I will be using someone else. What a disappointment.

Horrible customer service!!! I paid for decals to be placed on my Camaro and they didn't even center them! When I went to talk to them about it the lady freaked out on me and refused to refund the money for the work and decals....horrible!!!!
