I contracted by phone with Austin to erect a sign on a property in San Marcos. I was quoted his price and agreed to his terms. He gave me a date in June that it would be done. 10 days after it was scheduled, it was not done. He did not call. He did not email, he did not erect the sign. I emailed him twice and got no response. I then sent a third email canceling the agreement. How do people like this stay in business? MLMOORE
