Do you have a billing number direct? Can you have someone call me and I will pay over the phone?I have not paid a bill late in 30 years. With the exception of your company only because when I call I get no one on the phone that can take the payment. I believe it is Starr Anne is who takes the payments.Either way, I apologize for the wait in payment, but did not intentionally ignore them. Please have your billing department call me.
