This is how their sales rep Gerry spoke to me after spending $1100 on a sign that was late. His exact words "Your signs were originally scheduled to be shipped June 30. That would have been right on schedule . Because this fell on the Independence day weekend and we were a day late, it caused the extra delay. Shipping is never a precise process – and we cannot be blamed for a carrier not stopping. In addition to that, it is not our fault that your personal travel schedule somehow interfered with our shipment and we needed to change the shipping address at the last minute, with my having to bring back someone from the holiday to make the change. But I figure you know all that, so if you are going to get your panties in a wad over $20 bucks, then good luck in life. Please never call here again.
