We needed only an addition to our existing lighted sign, and found Sign Identity to be recommended both through of our members and the Chamber of Commerce.We had to match an existing metal sign which is over a decade old, with an additional sign showing our hours, using a different materials and printing technology. Steve and Paul were very patient with us (we're a church, and work by committee... enough said!) and made sure we were happy with the product.Check them out for your sign needs!

I have been working with Paul, Steve and Tom for many years on so many different types of projects. They have always been helpful and gotten me everything I needed even with incredibly tight time frames.Their dedication and involvement with our community has made them the go to guys for any event in town! I have used them as sort of a psychiatric relief because they listen to all my stories with a smile and still seem genuinely glad to see me. Pricing has been great and if I need a little help on a price, they are always willing to sharpen their pencil. I could go on and on, but the best thing I can say is Sign Identity and its people are friends! That is the kind of place I want to work with.

OH MY GOODNESS, I was in your store today and after 2 minutes of talking to your counter guy I just wanted to walk out. I'm sure your shop does a great job for your corporate customers, but the condescending way your counter guy spoke to us was amazing. All I can say is "wow what a JERK". The more he spoke, the more infuriating he got. I had to walk out at that point. My boss who has been in the sign business for over 40 was insulted but did not want to make a scene. The guy should not be dealing with customers. Hope he has not lost too many customers for you. Oh by the way I will not be back, but your shop is doing so great you probably could care less about the walk in customer. Remember, bad reviews travel around the world while the praises are still in the starting gate.Respectfully, R. Pilz
