These guys are the best. Hands down. No question, no contest. I contacted Sign Pro Plus after 10 months of waiting for another sign company to complete my signs (after taking a deposit equaling two-thirds of the cost of the completed work). I unfortunately knew by then that permits from the Architectural Review Board and the Town of Hilton Head had never been secured and probably never would be, so I had no choice but to hire somebody else. Without flinching, the guys from Sign Pro Plus took on the huge job of sorting it all out. The same day I met Chip, he met with the Town about redesigning my artwork to bring it up to code. That evening, he e-mailed me new proposed designs (a minimal departure from my original artwork), with colors and dimensions and the estimated cost. He was very receptive to the small changes I wanted to make, revised the proposal right away and then got started on the hardest job of all: getting all the necessary approvals we’d need to install the signs. Hilton Head Island has some of the strictest sign regulations in the US (if not in the world!) and the ARB in my business plaza added another level of approvals we would need to garner, but Chip stayed on top of things to make sure my work got pushed through. In the meantime he kept me updated every step of the way, even sending me pictures of my signs being fabricated so I never wondered if we were still on track. My signs were personally installed by Chip and Alex yesterday (even though for them it required working after normal business hours) and I can’t believe how NICE the signs look. They’re crisp and clean, simple and bold, and beautifully complement both the surrounding architecture and the color palette of the plaza. Best of all, I know we did everything right by the Town and ARB, so it’s more than just a terrific product – it’s peace of mind. Did I mention that Sign Pro Plus did all this for less than HALF of what I was originally quoted by the first sign company? Why are you still reading this? Give them a call!
