Takes a week or two to get contact back about initial design request (sometimes with provocation/follow-up), and I've been having recent trouble with having to reiterate basic design requirements that were in the initial request. It's becoming difficult to work with, even as a repeat customer. BUT work received is usually well designed and looks great (desk plaques, signage) once the initial order is put in.
