Client Review on Sign Specialist

Feedback:

I was satisfied with the product, it’s durable and overall good quality. BUT it took over 1 week for someone to reach out to me after I paid for the order & they did not provide updates, which left me wondering if they took my money and left. I tried calling several times but no one answered & some emails were not responded. From beginning to end it must have taken over 2 weeks. I have ordered from them before and did not have this issue, hopefully next time the experience is different.
