Im the owner of So Chic Salon that met with CJ Henzi, a repersentative for this company to get a quote on a sign for my business. I waited eight days for a reply, but never recieved one, so I called him back. I asked him if he had my quote and his reply was, " remind me again what it was he was supposed to be doing for me". I told him who I was and he was suppose to be getting me a quote for my new sign for my store. CJ said" he was sorry and knew I was getting other quotes and that he was going on vaction and didn't want to hold me up, so we would have to nuke the project and wish me good luck. So if you are looking for a sign company I would not recommend Sign Systems, I would use someone else.
