I have always had a great experience with Sign techniques in Rock Hill. They have made several banners for my State Farm Agency and I have been very pleased. They even chose to donate their time for our last first responders event and hung and removed the banner free of charge! Stand up people!! Call Cindy today - you won’t be disappointed!!

DO NOT USE!I placed a shirt order for my daughters school step team in Jan/Feb of this year, 2019. Once I placed the order and drove from Charlotte to Fort Mill to pick up my order, they were misprinted. I ordered vinyl and they were screen printed....I questioned why they were printed like they were and instead of their "manager", Ashley, communicating with me like an adult, she immediately got an attitude, defensive & loud. I should have know at this point I was NOT dealing with professionals. Once she finished trying to turn the tables on why the shirts were wrong (which apparently was my issue) she offered to discount the shirts instead of reprinting them (over 45 shirts)... even though I was NOT happy with the shirts or the attitude that Ashley presented to me, I accepted because the step team needed them for the weekend. Fast forward to today, 5/8/19 , my step team are in need of additional shirts. I called the Fort Mill office and the "manager" (and I use that term loosely, she is not management material) would not even take my call, they kept putting me on hold. Once I spoke with someone, they referred me to the owner, Derick. I called him to see why they could not take my order. NOW, they are saying I need to complete payment for the shirts THEY messed up and THEY offered me a discount on....as for the other business I was sending to them, that has yet been retracted, I will not now, nor ever refer anyone to Sign Techniques. Demanding payment for something that THEY screwed up and THEY discounted was disrespectful & unprofessional.

Good people however if you work for them as a graphic designer and can't handle the pace of all the the things they want you to know in a short time they will fire you without out any warning. Not a good place to grow as a designer. They have old computers and will expect you to know there programs. I respect them but didn't like the way they let me go,but who does. I was told by them they are a sign shop and don't need a graphic designer as much as they need sign guys. This is not a unfair review I have told the truth. I worked for them and have no need to lie. I have done lots of jobs for them that customers loved the work. Lots of good e-mails. So no need to try and make me look bad by posting your remarks.
