Ordered a sign in November and was told that completion would take 3-4 weeks. I called and emailed Jhonette in February and didn't get a response. On May 3, I received a call from the company saying that the job was done, and they wanted me to authorize charging my credit card for the second half of the job now that it was complete. I'm an accountant. It would have been good to have that sign on the road for tax season, which was the whole purpose for it anyway. One extra star for manager Scott offering to leave the sign up for just the initial 50% deposit, but that's far from a satisfactory conclusion.
