I can not say who I actually talked to being that he never said his name.However whomever he is was VERY RUDE. I stated my name and company and asked to speak with the OWNER. He never asked the reason for my call or anything for that matter, but he did slam the phone down in my ear. If that's the type of respect they display over the phone I can only hope they are more professional in person. He was highly disrepectful.
