We placed an order for 16 Grad Thickness Business cards but we ended up receiving the lower quality card which is much thinner.When I confronted the people at their office that the thickness is not what we ordered but they keep on arguing that it’s the right thickness paper.We had it verified and compared to 16 Grade Business Cards and it clearly shows we were cheated and given wrong and cheaper grade business cards charged more... This was a horrible experience and took more than 3+ weeks for something that normally takes less than few days.Not happy with Signarama Allen, TX and we will never recommend this place to anyone after our horrible experience.

My experience with Signarama in Allen was FANTASTIC! I had previously tried to work with three different sign companies to get vinyl lettering for my work truck, and all three would not return calls or emails! Then I went to Signarama, and they were professional and courteous, completing my project quickly and within my budget. Service industries are all about the people involved, and Signarama has the right people to go to work for you!
