I was very disappointed with the service installation and follow up. The install was very sloppy, extra vinyl just rolled up and pinned, slack vinyl all around that wasn't pulled tight. Overall, for the price I paid I was expecting a little more. I immediately sent an email voicing my complaint and was told I would be called in the morning. No call comes the next morning, so I called and spoke to the owner where I was passed off to the project manager. Was told they would have to come out once it was warmer in order to stretch the sign, which I was understanding of. Couple of days later (still no crew back out) I received a call from the owner and I was asked to make the other half of payment while I was on the phone... which I was not going to do until the install was properly completed. I was pretty flabbergasted that I was being asked for final payment when the whole install was sloppy and not complete. As a business owner I would never ask for final payment until the job was COMPLETE. Isn't that a general rule of thumb with anything? Never pay in full for a job in advance? This is why. Fast forward to two weeks later and the crew had yet to show up to fix the signage. I called them a couple of days ago for follow up and they did come out that day, although sign is still not 100%. Got a call from the owner again today asking for the other portion of payment, which might I add would have happily paid the first time if the job was done in its entirety. Was told it was going to take several more times to get the sign "right" and that "it was doing its job". Was also assured (like he said the first time) that they would do what they said they would and not leave me hanging... we see how that went the first time. Just disappointing service as a fellow business owner. I will say the artwork turned out how I wanted it to, so great job to the fellow that got that together for me!

Like any business, you're only as good as your employees. At Parker's, we've had very few issues with the quality of work but when we did it was corrected immediately and to our satisfaction. The owners, Kim and Bobbie Snopes, are readily available and accessible, which with some businesses, is not always the case. They are engaged in each and every customer. The graphic designs have always met our high expectations and the installations are timely and precise. I would recommend Sign A Rama to anyone looking for sign work, no matter the size of job.
