I submitted a request for an estimate and heard absolutely nothing from Signarama for 4 business days. On the fourth day, I decided to call them to follow up with my request. I spoke with Erin on the phone. She took down my information and told me she would look into my request and get back to me. I hear nothing from Erin or Signarama for more than 24 hours. Once again, I decide to call and follow up. Erin informed me that she ran out of time to contact me the previous day, and she was "just about to call" me. At this time, it is 11:35 and they have been open for business for more than three hours. Erin states that they never received my online request, even though I received an automated confirmation email immediately after my submission. Since my business was obviously not a priority for this company, I took my business to Fast Signs. I received same day service and am extremely happy with the results.
