Not sure what the other reviewer is referring to. I hope he isn't a lawyer because he has no idea what libel is. Good luck with that. Personally we have done tons of work with John and we like his work very much.

Rather than making things right, John would rather slander his customers character with written words like "...dishonest..." when they share their dissatisfaction. He posted the following Google review this morning. Better not speak up if you're not happy with your print job! John Voigt wrote:"Rude and dishonest. These people bought vehicle graphics from me and were not satisfied. I offered to return the portion of their money for the graphics and they were quite rude then filed a complaint with their credit card company to get their money back, Deal with them at your own risk. I have the email trail showing exactly what happened."Charlie Schrantz replied:"John, making statements about my character that aren't true is a cut and dry win for a defamation of character suit! The truth is that your window graphic could not be seen through the window from the inside out. Rather than replace it you chose justify it. After repeated efforts, we asked for a refund and when you were unwilling we placed a dispute on the charge. Get your story straight and delete or correct your story or we'll contact our attorney for a defamation of character lawsuit!"So.... as John suggests "...Deal with them at your own risk..." is excellent advice for all of his business customers. A tiger never changes his stripes. If he treats me and my business this way, he will likely do the same to you when you're dissatisfied.

I just happened upon Signarama, Leesburg as I was heading back to my car. I have been kicking around some signage & marketing ideas for my life coaching business. I am VERY thankful that I checked them out. John Voigt was a wealth of information as he steered me in the right direction with a product that will work far better than what I had originally envisioned. Marketing can be very expensive and it is important that you limit the number of "lets try this" events. Save yourself money, time, and frustration by talking with John about what you want to do as he will have the perfect solution for you. Yes, you have a message that you want to send BUT John is a wizard.
