Wish I could give 0 stars...I came in and spoke to a salesman whom I believe was named Rodd. He put a plan together for a sign at my shop. After that day I did not hear from him. After numerous tries to reach him, the salesman would not return my calls. When I finally got a hold of him after a week and a half, he told me send the dimensions of my sign space, as well as a picture of the outside of my shop. After that day he went ghost again, I texted and called him numerous times and got nothing. Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
