When you want and expect great customer service then you need to make an appointment and speak with Tina! I made an appointment with her to talk about my company shirts that I needed embroidered and before we agreed upon the final product, she showed me 5 different styles to ensure my company would be happy with the end result. I never felt rushed and she understood my every need. When I place an order, she ensures it is completed in a timely manner. Hands down, Tina is the most customer service oriented professional I have met in the Tampa area.
