I never worked directly for the company in Utah, but had a chance to work side by side with the business owner and some of his staff out here in Colorado. Great team environment, definitely encourage a work hard, play hard lifestyle, and will be flexible with your needs. If you're looking for a place where you earn everything you get and that is truly performance based, I encourage you to look into Signature.

This company is amazing, they develop you to the point you can manage anywhere you go.The CEO Matt is amazing and I've never had a boss that's done so much for me to the point of coming out of pocket. This opportunity is amazing and I highly recommend starting this company. Wether it's a season or a lifetime you will gain tremendous skills that will transfer into you're everyday life. I'm very grateful for the time I spent at signiture. one of the most influential people in my life, is Mathew the CEO signiture is an amazing company and any bad reviews you read. Usually come from people who didny try or didn't develop.

I worked for this businesses for 9 month and was a corporate trainer so my roll was to meet weekly quota for sale if not I got fired. I trained others and along side other the new people that came in through the door. Everything we’re taught to say is white washed re-worded 1000x’s until the best sounding way came about to scam people in contracts. In the interview they promise growth and opportunity. Yet the ever chance someone has a chance to promote out of this office Matthew either fires them or depromotes them. If your not Mathews favorite your never going anywhere in the business period. The 2 top people he keeps around because they bring in money aka they make the most sale which isn’t a problem but they lie and I would get angry customers all the time. Every time I’d tell Mathew about the customer he’d tell me we’re not here for the customers we’re here for ourselves.
