I needed a street name sign that satisfied County of Riverside standard. I was referred here by County staff. I emailed them the standard and they felt confident and re-assuring that they could get me all the hardware needed and correct signs.When I picked up the stuff, they gave me a post cap that would not fit on the pole. I had to figure that out myself and ask for a different one. They didn't give me the bolts, so I asked for them also.Only when I was trying to install the sign, under County inspector supervision, he told me that the bolts/rivets needed to be the breakaway kind.At this time I was 90 minutes from sign shop and 60 minutes from my office.It was very difficult to find the bolts and spent a few hours driving around, 20 phone calls, re-inspection.It was a severe inconvenience to be stuck out there with the hired help, looking for 50 cent bolts.I hold the sign shop responsible, because the standard I emailed them and had in my hand when I picked up the stuff was very clear on the requirement.
