Client Review on SignDog NW

If you have an issue - expect little to no response. My hull was painted, and SignDog had a real tough time removing the old name on the boat. Had to work it for hours, and now after having SignDog install new lettering my entire paint job is on the hull is cracked only where the old name was. They claim they did not do it, but would have their insurance person look at, and now they don't even return emails, and no word on the insurance company. So I now, must spend $3000 repainting the stern. They claim I had high heat on my stern. Maybe its just me, but a boat on the water in the summer comes in contact with heat conditions. Is this a surprise to them? Maybe it was the heat gun they used on the old lettering removal, as my wife pointed out them at the time. Oh - and here is a picture of his guy using a heat gun, when he claims that he did not use on.
