Client Review on Signs By Tomorrow - Cary

Feedback:

The sign was good - nothing complicated in the request, but the customer service was less than stellar. First they 'evidently forgot' to do the job, after having had the order for weeks. Then saying they would have it the next day, I expected they would have put it to the top of their list, but that wasn't done & it wasn't complete until mid-afternoon. I fully expected, at very least, an apology when I picked it up, but none was given. I'll go elsewhere next time.
