Person on the other end of the phone, Les, was rude and seemed like he didn't want to be at his job. When I asked for them to come out to give me and estimate since my bus is so large and would be better for them to measure at my lot, He asked me to send him an image, then I reminded him again that it was a large motor coach and he probably would need to measure and sending an image by email probably would not be sufficient. I then suggested to him if he didn't want to come out and measure I guess I could call someone else who would come out tom my lot to give me an estimate and he hung up, no good-by, no thanks for calling, no lets see what we can do, he just hung up. This is guy, Les, just missed out for his company what could have been a $10,000 plus contract because I have 4 56 passenger motor coaches to rebrand. Rude, unprofessional, lazy - 'Les' than 1 star.
