Feedback:

Very unprofessional company. Left a deposit they refuse to refund. Asked me to send my picture in PDF format and i did and then said they couldn't use the picture it had to be done over. Quoted me $85/hr. i requested refund twice and they refuse and I was told that I would have to pay for what their designer had done. I told them to just keep the deposit, I was tired of dealing with the whole process. I sent the same photo to signs by tomorrow in Southfield and wasn't charged anything additional. The young man just said my picture was blurry and he would fix it. If you are reading this please use Signs by Tomorrow in Southfield on Telegraph.

The Account representative I spoke with was highly disrespectful. Short tempered and impatient on the phone - like they didn't have the time of day to speak with me. I was looking to address an issue with one of the signs they built for us. They messed up our LOGO (only the most important aspect of the entire stage display) and hung up on me when I was attempting to get a reprint. Run away, far away, and find another company to use.

Absolutely the worst business dealing I had in my life (and I'm of retirement age!). Absolutely no customer service. Sent in a quote request (clearly marked) on October 24th and they said they never got it. Sent it again and called to confirm. After over a week of hearing nothing I called and my email had not even been opened. I paid in full a few weeks ago and was promised installation by the following Wednesday. No. No call. Nothing. I called...it was too cold. Not really. Then it was set for Saturday, according to the manager. Nothing. I stopped in the store first part of this week and asked when...Wednesday. By Thursday night, no sign. It has been nearly 1-1/2 months since I requested that first quote.No phone calls, nothing. Signs by Tomorrow? How about Signs in two months...if it isn't cold or they don't get busy? In all fairness to this business, my review reflects only my experience with the Royal Oak branch. Two people actually recommended Signs by Tomorrow.

Will never go back and will not recommend to anyone. Basic topic such as windshield lettering installation was done wrong, not even near accepted mockup... and took almost two weeks to get an appointment... To make it right, asked for additional $45 in graphic design fees... Wait, is originally quoted $150 spent to make it wrong???.. so project canceled half way, only door installation approved, did windshield myself... 👎

My company uses them for all of signage needs, from wrapping our vehicles to building and wall graphics. The owner is passionate about what he does and takes pride in his work. Highly recommended.

Awesome place! Very nice people! I needed a 3x2 inch piece of vinyl to cover a chip on my bumper (you can't really see the chip, but I knew it was there, and it bothered me). They gave me a sheet of black vinyl that was probably 18-20 inches long, and 6 inches wide. I offered to give them a few bucks for it, and they just gave it to me. If I ever need decals or signs made, they'll be my first stop!

I have tried to work with Signs by Tomorrow on a few occasions and every single time has been a complete DISASTER AND DISAPPOINTMENT. The common thread is that they take your job, don't communicate on the expected date of completion, and when you call to get a status update and push for information their response is "I can't tell you the specific time that the fedex truck will deliver the materials for us to print on". After explaining that I had placed the order with sufficient time, was trying to get more information and wanted to have it ready on a specific date, I was rudely hung up on by Jacqueline. I was flabbergasted. I called back and the completely incompetent manager told me he was cancelling my order. There are too many wonderful local print shops to support. I would never give this horrible chain another chance, and no one should.
