Client Review on Signs By Tomorrow - Southfield

I totally support taking your time and doing quality work. I dropped off a cabinet on Monday 6/18 with SBT Southfield. I emailed them pics of my design that same day. I didn't get a confirmation that they received until 2 days (6/20) later after I called to ask if they received it. I finally got the confirmation email and then was asked to send more files, sent those in less than 45 minutes of being asked through email. I was told in the email they were working on a draft and would send it to me later on that day for approval. I never heard back from anyone until 6/22. After going back and forth with the rep we finally agreed on a design. Today 6/25/18 I called to find out if my project would be done today and was told it probably would be available 6/23. I just asked them to hold my cabinet and I would pick it up and find another place. I totally understand and support taking your time and doing quality work but this is nonsense.
