This is Pinky.. Signs Now Montgomery designed her stripes on the front, sides, back as well as her lips 3 years ago. One of the stripes had torn with the use of a tow service. I went by this morning and Signs Now Montgomery replaced the stripe for me and made sure it matched the one next to it then charged me nothing to replace it. They said Pinky’s design allowed them to have National recognition for wraps so “no charge”. Thank you, Signs Now for taking care of your customers. You all are the best and will remain my go to for all my sign and wrap needs!!!!

I called this company 5 weeks ago for a simple sign. One sheet of metal with the logo and a small statement. After someone took my information I called our corporate and had them send over the logo. It was simple put that on a sign and send me a proof. After calling and waiting several weeks I called back and ask again where was my proof? They finally send a proof which I immediately sent to the landlord, corporate and the our owner. All approvals were sent back within one day and ask for a price. I waited several days for a price then started sending an emails back each day with just one word, Price? After speaking to many people over many weeks I finally get someone that says they have people in front of me and they were waiting on their installer to give them a price. Then I called again and they said we have the price from the installer and we will send you a price shortly. Now this was at 11:00 o'clock and I am thinking within an hour. I said if you do not have this price to me by 4:00 pm today then I will go somewhere else. They said sending it shortly. It never came. So I trying to give them one more chance I called Wednesday morning and ask where was my price. They started in by saying well we had to work on you logo and we had to create it and all the other things they never said to me. So I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND OR USE THIS COMPANY EVER!

Awful customer service, Ordered signs, took over a month. Signs were wrong!!! Then they asked for payment before starting over. Going somewhere else!!

The sign is great. My students all comment on in and new students drop by daily since it has gone up. It would have really helped me to have a time-line of how long one can expect the process to take. I ended up ordering something temporary from Vista Prints which was an added cost with a small return because of the timing. I would have ordered it earlier if I had undestood how long it was going to take.
