I had ordered a sign from them and the service went well at the beginning. As i was trying to install the sign, i noticed the sign was not made to the dimensions that I provided. And the company was not willing to work with their own mistake. They claimed they had made it correctly. I double checked the emails that I sent them for the correct dimensions. They made my sign too short and won't work with me on a return or exchange...
