Wouldn't recommend this business to anyone. VERY unfriendly as if it's a burden to service you. I was probably one of their most returning customers on a weekly basis that would pay well over $600 per week for my order, oh and not to mention I would drive from Keyser, WV to them every week if not twice a week as well (which is about an hour and 20 min one way). The product I was having them make for me was not the best quality that they said they were. I decided to make a larger order since I was leaving town and would need plenty of them, the owner decided to outsource the job to a friend and assured me that the quality would be great and the turn around time would be a week. I got the product a week LATER than the expected due date, no apology given as if it wasn't their fault for the delay. After receiving my order, I noticed that the quality was even worse than the previous orders I had purchased from before. They wouldn't return them and basically blew me off as if it wasn't their problem. I'm not one to post a negative review unless its a terrible experience and then I will. I lost $1500 on this last order because the product wasn't even usable. HIGHLY disappointed and with a lack of friendliness in their office, I would go elsewhere and travel even further for service like this.

Friendly, family owned business. Their production foreman, Ed Muzichuck, is an AWESOME person who is one of the hardest worker's that any company could ask for!!! 😉
