The worst customer service. I ordered T shirts on the 24th of August, advised owner that order needed to be ready on the 30th . I arrived to the store around 130pm and to my dismay, my order was not ready. Apparently the they forgot, not one shirt had been done. I was then told to come back at 6pm and my order should be done. Owner was not really apologetic. Unfortunately since I was on a time crunch, I cancelled the order, still no real apology, but she did give me my refund. The children at my church will be disappointed but this was my first time coming to this business and was my last time as well. I was referred to this business by a friend of mine who works for Desoto ISD. So much for supporting this African American business, poor service and very unprofessional.
