Client Review on Signsational Graphics

ZERO STARS! DO NOT waste your money or time with this company. We work with vendors on a very consistent basis for all kinds of projects. Signsational is hands down the most unprofessional company we have ever hired. We brought them in to put frost on glass windows in our new office. It took them three tries to get the frost done to an “ok” standard. Trying to communicate with the owner, Ann Young, was almost impossible. She did not return emails in a timely manner and when she did, her responses were short as if she didn’t care about the job. The blame for the bad work was put on either the product or the windows in our office. The installers that were sent here were also very unprofessional and continually trying to up-sell. Even after they messed up their first try! During the third installation, they sprayed sheets of frost on our freshly painted walls which left behind chemicals on the wall. The new walls will now need to be scrubbed to remove those chemicals. They also somehow ripped off paint from our walls during the THIRD installation. We now have to have a painter come and fix the walls and repaint. I have reached out to Ann Young regarding the wall damage and guess what? NO RESPONSE! Photos attached.
