Client Review on Signs and Stitches

Feedback:

Ordered a New bag for my daughter. Took it to them to embroider her name on the front. Made sure they had the spelling correct before I left. They spelt the name wrong. Tore a hole in the bag trying to fix it. So they put a patch over the hole then stiches her name in the wrong font then squared it out with stitching to cover up the patch. This bag was to match 20 other girls bags. I called several times to fix this situation and provide her with a new bag. They refused and would not return my calls. Beware if you're getting something embroider. They DO NOT stand behind their work. You will be purchasing another item if they screw it up... Don't find out the hard way like me
