Client Review on Sikorski Signs

Not impressed. Called for a quote and their best design. 4 weeks later and no quote. Emailed to see what the hold up was. They sent me a childish mock up with zero effort... We are talking standard pic art from the 90's. I thought, well maybe they thought I was fishing for quotes, or they forgot about me... So I called them to let them know I was seriously wanting a quote. Spoke with Andy, (a bit hostile) who must have been offended that I thought his quote was a joke. He wanted me to pay a design fee before moving forward with a 'serious' design. No thanks, not with the customer service I'd received up until then, took forever for a quote & the quality of design they sent fell far below my expectation of what was discussed over the phone. Was looking for a WOW, and got completely let down. Needless to say, they did not get my business. Good luck, I hope your experience will be better than mine.
