Counter help exuded total arrogance as did once before.. I was quoted a price in a.m. by older gentleman, returned later to be charged double the price. Second visit was charged for a used box ready for the trash. Poor business sense.. won’t go back.

Claims several places to do UPS. Go in to mail UPS and the attendant said they can’t do it and then interrupted me at least 4 times when I was trying to ask what they can ship. Will not be coming back.

I was trying to be nice and made a joke, but the owner got really rude with me. Too bad for him, I ship a ton of stuff, but won't be using his business ANYMORE. Spindle City in Cohoes takes UPS boxes and they are very nice there. They will get my business from now on.
