Customer service is pretty good, but signing up costs $100, and they claim that the fee can be waived, but if you persue that you get "anytime a truck rolls it's $99, and that can't be waived." The guy literally showed up to my house and plugged in an adapter. I'm not exaggerating, he did exactly that and then left, never even looked at my dish. It took five minutes.
