I have been a silver valley propane customer for years. I've worked with Nathan multiple times and he is always the absolute best. Very knowledgeable, very kind, and always willing to go the extra mile. I'm pretty sure this is a veteran owned company as well. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for service. Great prices and always fair.

Never had a problem with this company I remember the guy who came to my door great customer service he sold me to there company.Until the lady in the office in Apple valley decides to be rude not once but a few times, I dont have time for he said she said situations so we decided to look somewhere else.We called them told them u can pick up ur tank we went with someone else lets see how this new ppl turn out

Horrible customer service. Don't recommend to anyone. Better off paying more and going somewhere else. They came and took there regulator without notice. Good thing i had a spare. Don't be held hostage by this company. Because they are grimy and they have horrible customer servive. Amerigas would be a better option.

So happy I switched to Silver Valley! For over 30 years we were paying way too much for propane. Silver Valley has great prices and perks for signing up. Wonderful customer service! Oscar made some helpful suggestions that saved me even more money in transferring over to Silver Valley. Armando was great! He was very efficient in his service when he came out to install the tank and carefully explained everything. He even helped to move a heavy piece of furniture for me because he is so kind!

Great Company! I have lived in Yucca Valley for more than 3 decades and have done business with several of the local companies and came to believe that Propane companies were problematic and had poor customer related practices. A friend here in Yucca recommended Silver Valley about a year ago and they have been excellent in every way...great staff, terrific customer service and good pricing. Everyone I have dealt with was likeable and helpful and considerate. Great Company!Gregg

The company stole a tank I purchased when I bought my home. They said they leased it to the previous real estate agent. When I told them I would need to verify they said they would break my fence down. I spoke with a manager who said they would not do that. A few days later they dismantled my automatic gates and stole the tank while I was not home. My wife and I feel violated.I looked further down on these reviews and saw the owner "nathan" had replied. I called nathan to discuss this and realized it was the same guy who said he would not break into the property a few days before. He tried to bully and threaten me using penal codes not knowing I am in law enforcement. The man is a crook.I will update after the court case settles.
