Rude staff. Complained about putting tape on a box. Litteraly one strip of tape. Exact words "just so you know we don't make money off of this. I'll do it this time but next time I won't. I can't tape 100s of these per day"I've never been to this store. I rarely return items I buy online. I haven't been to a UPS store in years. I always use FedX. She acted as if I was a chronic time waster. I will never go to this store again and I may never go UPS if I can avoid it.

I always ship from the Customer Service center at 31st & West. They are on point and have my COMPLETE confidence and satisfaction. No worries. Every time. They do the job - and fast. I'm an Amazon Prime member and regularly use UPS for complimentary prompt quality service. They're closed today but I need something shipped back to Amazon. I'm heading to the NW side today. Based on the Google reviews of old hags with stuck-up, unhelpful and uninformed attitudes... I'm waiting until Monday anyway for the south location to re-open. Anyone treats me the way these customers have been treated and they won't just get a Google review. They'll get the horns. Hire decent staff, lady. Clearly these hags need a customer service reality check!

When I’m to ship firearm parts (no actual firearms) which is clearly stated on UPS website as being OK. When I was asked by the lady helping me what was in the box and told her, another woman shouted at me from another register that they can’t have firearms parts in there and I’d have to go to 31st St S and West to ship them. When I told her what the website and UPS customer service said, she repeated the same thing. She made me feel like a criminal in front of a store full of people. I grabbed my box and left. FedEx was happy to help me with my lawful shipment with no issue and for less. Will never go back.

In response to Mr De Seuza's comments regarding the store employees or the owner being racist, that is just ridiculous. The store owner (Lynn) would never have been able to stay in business for over twenty years if she didn't follow the law correctly. I personally am a Native American customer who is a proud mother of a gay daughter and a mixed granddaughter and have felt nothing but acceptance and help with whatever I need when I come into the store. Keep up the good work ladies!!

The ladies there all greeted me when I walked in and Linda was so nice and helpful her customer service was above and beyond what most people would do to help a customer it was refreshing to get this kind of service

I wouldn't normally provide a place with such a low review however, in this case, I reached out to corporate with regard the "The Blonde", not the young one. She is more than likely referred to in another review. She is rude and flippant and obviously could work on soft skills. I deal with the public and in some cases, Sith Lords. She is leaning to the dark side. Complete her training. I was told frankly, that this is a franchise location with no real mechanism to kick back to the employee with positive or negative feedback. Thus, the court of public opinion has done its job and I have provided this as a professional service expressing the public's experience.

This store is nothing more than a dropoff. Ive been there twice in 2 days and they apparently cant do anything but accept packages. They cant even print ups mailing labels from a ups account.
