Absolute worst service ever, they will hold people to a 2 years contract knowing they were unable to actually provide services! Total rip off, and the “executives” who would steal $ while not providing services will not even discuss the issues their own techs tell them about not being able to provide service. Way to go charging someone without providing the service promised, RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!As to your response, I called customer service several times complaining about the service, you sent a tech out who told you that Simply Bits couldn’t provide decent service to me and guess what? You kept charging the credit card monthly stating there was a contract and to deal with it! So your response is absolute BS! Your service sucks, you lie to make more money and will auto charge a card even after your own techs admit you couldn’t provide what you promised. LIARS!
