We hired Simply Smart to fix a internet routing issue for a decently complex network setup with VoIP. We have an on staff IT person but he was unable to resolve the issue. Simply Smart came in and diagnosed the problem, resolved it, and then explained the issue and steps to resolve to our in house staff. Couldn't be happier!

Our company contracted with Simply Smart Technology at the beginning of June. In less than a month they completely and efficiently sorted out our IT mess of hardware, software, and servers that had become a detriment to the business. They handle every support request so quickly that it feels like they are onsite, or maybe we are their only customer! So far each support issue, from minor to major, has been closed out in much less time than expected. They should really investigate who they hire. They have a real nasty and rude lady. She gave me the impression she is smarter then everyine. Poor customer service.
