My husband ordered 10 posters from Sir Speedy a few years ago. These were suppose to be high quality prints (I paid an arm & a leg) - I sold/donated/auctioned all 10. 3 have complained about various issues (ink fading, paper yellowing, fingerprints becoming visible) One of the three demanded her money back - close to $500. Big mistake to have ever called them!!

I tasked Sir Speedy with the simple task of printing my wedding invitation envelopes. I asked our contact (Gerri) on 3 separate occasions for a proof BEFORE printing since they had to integrate a specific font. Long story short, they never sent, they printed, and they looked nothing like I had hoped. Her response to my upset email was along the lines of "We were moving too fast, sorry! They were picked up this morning". I now have to reorder envelopes and approach another printer. If you have an important project that matters to you steer clear of them. Clearly a lack of concern for the details.
