On the people side, they are top notch. The person who installed was solid and every time I've called with a question (which is rare), I've had a good experience. I even loved their holiday toy drive where they offered a free month service for dropping off a toy. I went to their office to drop off the gift (very tech start up) and saw a big pile of toys. I left feeling good about supporting this start up and helping the kids.
