Feedback:

Looks like your service depends on what building you live in (I'm in Soma), but I2B Networks has been great for me. Fair pricing and responsive service teams, and they recently sent a notice that everyone got upgraded from 100Mbps to 1Gig speeds free of charge as cable companies have slowly upped their high end offerings, which generally seem to cost more.
