Client Review on Skinny's Webworks

I placed an order for an aquarium background on February 25th. I received the USPS notification that is was shipped March 5th. March 16th rolls around and I still haven't received the package. Contacted customer support and they blamed USPS being slow. When I finally received the decal 3 weeks later there was a small bottle of liquid wrapped in a paper towel and no instructions what so ever on how to apply it. I spent $69 on the decal and can't believe it didn't even come with instructions on how to apply it. Extremely disappointed on the customer service. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this site.
