As a small business owner, I'm well aware of the term "SEO" and it's importance to helping potential customers find my business online, but I didn't really know where to start. Ben's workshops on SEO (I attended "Intro" and "2.0") offered fantastic information on best practices and easy things I can do to optimize my Google ranking. It's obvious that Ben knows his stuff inside and out; his workshops provide extremely valuable information presented at a great pace that's easy to digest!
