Fast response, bad support.It's good enough I said, 'If the problem is time consuming to be resolved, do take your time. I am no in hurry to get it back up running just yet'. Now have been 3 days without any reply. Was it so hard to just restart Apache? Your PHP is really outdated and I need it to work very well for my script to run. Why is has to be that hard? Will definitely find a new hosting after this. Bad service and support. EDIT : After the support team sorted it all out, I am more than happy to commend their vigorous action taken shortly after my complaint. These team deserved it. I will still take no action on my previous review, I want this to be the turning point on to always keep your server updated and no more silly mistake as 'forgot' to update the PHP version. Thank you.
