Feedback:

I was trying to get a pre-sale demo for their premium WordPress Ultimate CSV Importer Pro plugin. The representative who worked with me worked hard to make it happen. There were issues with the demo site at first that he fixed. But, sadly, Smackcoders was not able to provide me with a demo with the appropriate date format. The plugin was requiring YYYY/MM/DD or some such format that is incompatible with Excel. This means when you export from another program, you need to change each date by hand to get the format to the file to upload with their product. The rep asked me twice to buy the product first and then make they would make the change. I told him I needed to demo for my client and the client would buy. Neither they nor I would buy without a demo. They agreed to make the change before the client buys, making their product better for everyone, and to meet on Skype for a demo. Then the rep did not respond when I showed up for our appointment and no one has responded since.I understand how challenging it can be to be a developer and I am hesitant to a negative review. However, people should be advised about the quality of the product and the false promises given about it.
