Our company has worked on two e-commerce projects with Smart Link Solutions and specifically with Roy Patillo. We have been impressed with the level of service and the depth of expertise provided by Roy. Whenever we have a question, Roy is quick to respond. He is a problem solver and is usually able to offer multiple solutions and clearly explain the pros and cons of each option. Smart Link was hired to do my website.This would be the 3rd time since I started my practice I had hired yet another firm. Being an unconventional medical practice it was necessary to get the message right. I was quite frustrated and did not expect much even this time around.However to my surprise once the website launched not only did the traffic increase we began attracting people who were looking for the services we offered. The design the colors , the messaging was all spot on.I refer any of my colleagues to them for an awesome design and messaging and as my experience as a functional medical doc .Thank you Christina and Karen at smart link for getting this going in the right direction.

We have experienced great growth through using Smart Link Solutions. We come up first when searched. Also, very important, they have never tried to change our look, our trademark, our feel, which is extremely important to our brand. They are very professional and probably most important, they never forget us. They are in contact with us often.

It had been about 5 years since we had did any updating to our website. It did it's job but it lacked that "wow" factor when you were on the home page. I did some research and seeing that Smartlink was a local company with a good rating I gave them a call. After sitting down with Chris he pointed out a lot of things that I never even thought of. And what I liked most was that they explain everything to you through the process. Roy did an excellent job with putting the website together. He added a lot of small things that just separates our page from the competition. It doesn't look so boring and plain now and it draws the users to areas on the page that are necessary to get their attention and clicks on our page. They were very patient with us as well. The summer is a very busy time and although I know they could've put it all together in one month I was so busy that it took us about 6 months, which was my fault. They were never pushy during the process to get it done. And even though I know that they had other projects I still felt that I was their number one priority.A great company, great prices, and very professional. I would highly recommend Smartlink to do design your website. I am so impressed with what they did, they went above and beyond for us.A very professional company
