Their interviewing criteria is worst. I cleared their online test. They called me for an on site Personal Interview. First of all they divided the students in groups of 6 for the interview and took the interview in groups. More over they just asked technical questions all the way. While one of the interviewer was asking us questions. Their lead was on phone, texting n didn't even cared to listen our answers. More over his attitude was so rude like he didn't had any intentions to hire anyone. And guess what they took our resumes after interviewing us. Probably they dumped em in trash right away without even looking at em.

Never trust on * KANIKA RISHI * HR, Worst company, they took the interview i have cleared technical as well as HR . Then they told me that they will be offering X LPA, so when i told them to release the offer letter, after few days they told that they will be providing 30% less salary that they offered earlier, after that i said i am ok with that, they told me to show me the resignation from the company, and then only we can proceed, after that they told me to wait few days, exactly after 2 weeks HR stopped picking my phone and at the end she told me that this profile has been closed now, and all the time they were just finding silly reasons so they can find my mistake and reject me for my fault.
