Cannot say enough good things about this company!! My package was delivered by Fedex and left outside my apartment and was stolen literally within minutes of delivery -- I was frantic, as my package contained books I was looking to show at a convention the following weekend; I called Smartpress and explained the situation and they agreed to re-run my order and ship to me BEFORE I needed them at no extra expense! I have worked with other printing presses where this would NEVER EVER have happened! I am so greatful for Smartpress' customer service and quality, will be ordering from them again for sure!

We ordered some booklets from Smartpress and they turned out wonderful! The printing was crisp and the colors looked great. The soft touch coating is so nice! Even when we had a misunderstanding on the sizing of the print, they worked through it with us to find a solution. Smartpress is the "smart" choice for your printing needs ;)

The incredibly responsive art and production staff at SmartPress made sure our new logo artwork was ready and our banner finished in time for an important community event. We had to unexpectedly have the SmartPress art staff re-create our logo artwork because of a lost data file, which caused a flurry of anxiety. The SmartPress crew smoothed this wrinkle and stepped to task for us on an ever dwindling time line. Thank you, SmartPress for helping us create the perfect banner for our community events!

We had our wedding invitations designed through another company and then printed through Smartpress. We have received so many wonderful compliments on our invitations! The quality of the paper was fantastic, and the colors were exactly as I pictured. It was easy to communicate with the company and I even needed additional addressing on the envelopes later, and it wasn't an issue. I highly recommend this company to anyone with printing needs!
